Shipping

AsianParent.com offers free shipping for orders over $75 (excluding taxes and shipping charges) to US destinations. These orders will be shipped via USPS media mail service or FedEx Ground service at AsianParent.com's discretion.

USPS media mail is a special discounted service only available for shipping books and DVDs, and while it is economical, it does take longer than standard mail. It typically takes 2-4 days for shipping to the West Coast, 5-7 days to central, 7-9 days to the East Coast.   If your order contains toys (items that are not books nor DVDs), please do not select the media mail service.

We offer a number of choices to our customers for fast and economical shipping. We recommend USPS media mail shipping method for ground service to continental US destinations (if there is no time pressure).  We also offer the following FedEx shipping methods for US customers:

• FedEx Home Delivery:This is FedEx Ground service.  1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
• FedEx Express Saver:3 business days
• FedEx 2Day:  2 business days
• FedEx Standard Overnight:Next business day afternoon.

If you require faster shipping, please be sure to selectUSPS Priority Mail, which takes 1-3 days in the US, or one of the FedEx shipping methods.

 

• Shipments to P.O. Box or APO address can only be shipped via USPS services.
• We reserve the right to ship products separately in multiple packages.

We do ship globally, for international customers, please selectUSPS Priority Mail International. International shipments usually take 6 to 10 business days to arrive to their destinations.
